Jock Percy

Jock Percy is an innovator and entrepreneur who has built high performance networks and hyper-scaled multiple technology companies to successful exits. In his most recent chapter, Jock built Perseus Telecom from the ground up to become the world's leading provider of global high-speed global networks, colocation and trading technologies to the financial services industry. Perseus clients included the world’s top-tier market makers, banks, exchanges and a large number of Fortune 500 companies. Goldman Sachs was a client and investor in Perseus. GTT (NYSE:GTT) acquired Perseus in June 2017 and is now in excess of $1B in revenue. Jock is currently Board Director at Edgemesh and has completed numerous successful technology business M&A deals completed in both corporate and start-up situations. He holds a CFA Level 2, PhD Economics and Masters in Political Science.


    

Tim Gentry

Tim Gentry is the President of Communiclique -- a Global Unified Communication API provider -- Tim and team works to provide a full offering of voice messaging solutions to the enterprise and consumer marketplace. Communiclique offers an incubator for young entrepreneurs to allow them the resources, locations and additional funding for their businesses and ideas. Previously, Tim was the Senior Vice President for Business Transformation and Acceleration at Avaya; a TPG company. He was in charge of driving accountability at all levels of the business to provide go-to-market growth and cultural transformation for Avaya. He co-chaired a targeted revenue acceleration executive team that focused on Avaya’s IPO packaging, quarterly revenue commitments and new technology acquisitions. Tim was the CEO / Managing Director for Avaya Asia South Pacific. He was based in Sydney, Australia, and headed the strategic leadership for Avaya as it delivered high performance networks, new multi-channel communication solutions, and services to the ANZ marketplace. Previously, in the United States, Tim was the Senior Vice President and General Manager for Civilian / Advanced Intelligence Programs and Operations for Avaya (Previously Nortel Networks). As a senior leader in that capacity, Tim and team drove to provide solutions to meet the strategic transformation initiatives for the Civilian Marketplace, Intelligence and Global Governments. Throughout his career, Timothy has driven success through a combination of strategic thinking, effective team leadership and a comprehensive approach to change management. His inspirational leadership style has enabled him to build teams that consistently outperform expectations, and he is widely recognized as a natural change agent.Timothy holds a dual MBA in Finance and IT Management and a BS in Business. He is also a graduate of Harvard University’s Program for Leadership Development and serves as an adjunct professor at Georgetown University.


    

Diono Nurjadin

Mr. Nurjadin is currently President & CEO at Cardig Aero Services, focused on aircraft maintenance and complex logistics in the southeast asian market. Diono brings deep experience in telecom and aviation, including a stint as a telecom industry CFO (PT Satelindo), his knowledge of maintenance and management of high value assets in the airline industry provides a unique insights for the executive team at GSM Systems in the telecom context. Mr. Nurjadin holds MBA degree from University of Rochester and have his business profile published in Forbes on this article.


    

Fredrick (Ricky) Knox

Mr. Knox has been involved in GSM Systems since its founding in 2003, and is a director and founder of Small World Financial Services Group Ltd, now Europe’s largest independent Money Transfer operator and one of the three companies he has founded and built up since completing his MBA. Ricky’s career has been spent in Entrepreneurship and Private Equity, having worked at MMC Ventures backing early stage high growth companies. Clarity FX was a foreign exchange advisory firm focused on saving money for large multi-nationals, which he sold in 2005. Mr Knox is a graduate of Bristol University, UK and hold an MBA from INSEAD. Mr. Knox focuses on financial governance and oversight of GSM Systems operations while advising senior management on organizational development and strategy.
