- Repair: order status, TAT, logistics
- GSMS can work behind Vendors for SPMS
- GSMS can take over full SPMS operation behind Vendor providing the necessary multivendor technical knowledge to support Vendor’s spare parts management contracts –
- Local Testing and 1st line repair available to support Vendor’s repair management contracts
- Warranty of 1 to 2 years for all parts supplied to Vendor
